When Radio Programming get's too complicated, Citizen Survival Plan is to here to help. We provide custom pre-programmed radios tailored for your area. We'll program your radio to connect to local repeaters and to be able to communicate across GMRS, MURS, and HAM frequencies depending on the programming package you select.

Custom Programming Options

What is included in your radio programming? You can select the radio programming package that is best for you. On our repeater packages, we only program Public repeaters that are listed on the national repeater database we use. We do not provide customers with private repeater information.

• Basic Programming: Includes All GMRS + MURS + NOAA Channels
• Basic + GMRS Repeaters: Includes All GMRS + MURS + NOAA + Custom Programming of Local GMRS Repeaters. This is an ideal option for users with their GMRS license to prevent violation of FCC rules.
• Basic + GMRS & Ham Repeaters: Includes All GMRS + MURS + NOAA Channels + Custom Local GMRS Repeaters + Local HAM Repeater Channels. You will also have the additional option to Select "Ham Transit Mode On/Off" when selecting this package. If you are not a licensed Ham Operator, we recommend selecting "Ham Transmit Mode Off" so that you do not accidentally transmit on HAM bands you are not licensed to use, violating FCC rules. 
• "The Works" - Basic + GMRS & Ham Repeaters + EMS: Includes All GMRS + MURS + NOAA Channels + Custom Programming of GMRS and Ham Repeaters + Local Emergency Services (Fire, EMS, Police) that are not Encrypted or Blocked. You will also have the additional option to Select "Ham Transit Mode On/Off" when selecting this package. If you are not a licensed Ham Operator, we recommend selecting "Ham Transmit Mode Off" so that you do not accidentally transmit on HAM bands you are not licensed to use, violating FCC rules.
