Custom-Programmed Radios — No Returns
Because our radios are custom programmed specifically for your area and frequencies, all sales of custom-programmed radios are final — no returns or refunds. Custom, made-to-order products are exempt from regular return policies and cannot be returned simply because a customer changes their mind.
Defective or Malfunctioning Radios (90-Day Replacement Window)
We stand behind the quality of our custom-programmed radios.
If your radio experiences a manufacturer defect or functional malfunction, you must notify us within 90 days of delivery to be eligible for a free replacement.
Covered issues include:
- Radio unit failures not caused by misuse, modification, or physical damage
- Internal defects that prevent normal operation
- Battery malfunctions or premature battery failure
Replacement Process
- Contact us at citizenplan711@gmail.com within 90 days of delivery, including your order number and a description of the issue.
- We may request photos or video to help diagnose the problem.
- Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
- The malfunctioning radio must be shipped back to:

Upon receipt and verification of the defective unit, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.
Important Notes
- Issues reported after 90 days from delivery are not eligible for free replacement.
- Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, water exposure, or physical impact is not covered.
- Replacement applies to the defective component only (radio or battery), not refunds.
What This Policy Means
- No refunds or returns for custom-programmed radios based on buyer’s remorse.
- Replacements are free of charge when the issue is due to product malfunction or defect.
- Batteries that fail due to normal use will also be replaced free of charge.
Other Items (Third-Party Fulfilled Products)
Certain items sold in our store — including but not limited to T-shirts, magnets, and other print-on-demand merchandise — are fulfilled by third-party vendors and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Because these items are produced and shipped by an external fulfillment partner:
- All sales are final
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, color preference, or buyer’s remorse
Damaged or Defective Third-Party Items
If a third-party item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly assist you.
To report an issue:

- Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective item
Once verified, we will work with our fulfillment partner to replace the item at no cost to you.
Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions
Please note that all purchases of our custom-programmed radios are one-time transactions for physical goods delivered to the customer’s provided shipping address. These purchases are not subscriptions, memberships, or recurring services of any kind.
Chargebacks Based on “Subscription Cancellation”
Any chargeback filed under the reason of “subscription cancellation,” “recurring charge,” or similar claims will be formally disputed. We maintain clear documentation showing:
- The purchase was a single, non-recurring transaction
- The product was custom programmed and shipped
- Tracking information and delivery confirmation are retained
- E-signature is required upon delivery for all radio shipments
These records will be submitted to the payment processor and issuing bank as part of the dispute process.
False or Fraudulent Chargebacks
If a customer falsely files a chargeback with their bank or credit card company and the chargeback is resolved in the customer’s favor by default (for example, due to bank timing or procedural reasons), the customer remains financially responsible for the full order amount.
In such cases:
- An invoice for the total chargeback amount will be issued to the customer
- Failure to remit payment may result in collection actions or account restrictions
Filing a chargeback does not void the obligation to pay for custom, delivered goods.
